Must Sell: '98 Honda Civic HX

Hi, I'm an M4 graduating and need to sell my car before moving out of the area.
It's a Black 2door 1998 Honda Civic HX (not hatchback) with automatic CVT transmission.
It gives really great gas mileage (>35 mpg). It only has 77000 miles on it.

This is my trusty car and I want to find it a good home. I've kept it in really good shape with regular oil changes/maintenance. The car has a new timing belt, alternator, tires since 55K miles.  I'm asking $5000 OBO. I must sell this car in the next two weeks!
